Mountain Scholar: Submit Your Work

Submission Steps

For submitting Electronic Theses and Dissertations:

  1. Please refer to the Electronic Theses and Dissertations page on the University of Colorado Denver Graduate School website.

For submitting datasets:

  1. Begin by printing, signing, and scanning our deposit agreement and submission form for datasets:
  2. Email Wlad Labeikovsky, Bioinformationist at the Strauss Health Sciences Library, with your signed agreement and dataset(s) you want to submit.
  3. Wlad, or another staff member, will contact you to set up a meeting to review the submission and discuss next steps necessary to complete the curation.
    • Response times may vary depending upon workloads in the library.
    • We will work with you to make sure the dataset is properly curated and adhering to FAIR principles. As part of this process we will prepare a data description document, we will check whether the file formats are adequate for sharing, preservation, and reuse, and whether the metadata describes the dataset sufficiently.
  4. We will let you know when the curated dataset is uploaded in Mountain Scholar, along with a handle.net identifier and a DOI if requested.
