Below you will find a form to accept art submissions into the Art from CU exhibition showing at the Strauss Library September 1 - November 29, 2023.

On the top of the form are all of the Art from CU submissions from the artists. Under the submitted art, you will find tables corresponding to the number of submissions from the artists (one, two, or three). Enter the Artist's name in the name field, then you can vote yes to accept the art into the exhibition, or you can vote no to exclude the art from the exhibition. 

Click the Add button to add a new line for each artist in the submission number section that corresponds with the artist's number of submissions.
