Strategic Priorities

Strauss Health Sciences Library Strategic Priorities 2026

Each year, the library reviews the state of the Anschutz Medical campus, innovations in information science and technology, trends in publishing and higher education, budget updates, and evolving student needs to identify a critical strategic goal for the year.

In 2026, while maintaining regular service activities, the Strauss library will adjust to the likely addition of new student service departments in the library’s physical space. As the library modifies employee workspaces and integrates new neighbors, the aim will be to avoid disruption for patrons. During times of uncertainty and change, our top priority is to be a source of reliability and trust.

High Priority Goals for 2026

  • Objective: Project stability and trustworthiness in all interactions
