Test your access first! 

Before filling out our library account application, please try to access a library database from home using your University Credentials or the credentials provided to you by the Strauss Health Sciences Library. If you are allowed into the system, then there is no need to apply. ** UCHealth Staff - Note that remote access (off site of a UCHealth location) is not provided through this website. Eligibility

Please fill out the account application only if you are one of the following:

  • CU Anschutz Medical Campus student, staff, or faculty (you tested access above, but it didn't work).
  • UCHealth staff wishing to acquire a borrowing card to check out library materials.
  • Regular health sciences faculty member in the School of Medicine but paid by an Affiliate such as Denver Health, VA, National Jewish, etc.
  • CU Denver, CU Anschutz, or UCHealth volunteer staff.
  • Unpaid Clinical, Preceptor, Adjoint/Adjunct, Volunteer CU Anschutz Faculty.
  • All others - Contact the Strauss Health Sciences Library through AskUs.
