- Four PC locations available; first come, first served: HSL-Guest-01 to HSL-Guest-04
- Location: 1st Floor South Commons area (marked with signage)
- Available to Non-Primary Users. Access more information about Services for Patron Category.
- Please check in at the Access Services Desk with your picture ID to obtain a login.
Workstation Includes:
- Microsoft Office Pro: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access
- Web browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox
Saving your work and printing from library workstations
Your data will be gone after you log off or your session ends. This protects the privacy of your work.
We recommend saving to the cloud (e.g.: OneDrive, Google Drive) and/or your USB drive as soon as you start your work, and at regular intervals. As you finish your session, emailing yourself your work will ensure that you have a second backup. Note that CU-Denver email has a 25 mb file size limit.
Printing: Choose File/Print, select Print Me in order to print to one of our print stations in the library. Printing is 10¢ per page for black and white, 25¢ per page for color.
