Get Some Exercise: It’s winter. Tired of the same old treadmill? Try out the Supernatural VR software! Boost your motivation and engage in VR workouts using a virtual guide: from boxing, to yoga, to gaming and dance routines! Select the music you like best, choose from rap, rock, pop, and country.
Meditate or De-Stress Yourself: Life can get hectic, but VR offers an oasis of calm. Choose from a variety of meditation experiences - whether you prefer mindfulness, visualization, or relaxation techniques. Explore serene gardens, tranquil lakes, or cosmic vistas. Depending on the program, your virtual guide will get you started. Take some moments to breathe, and let stress melt away!
Learn Anatomy in 3D: Explore the human body layer by layer. Stand inside the heart, examine neurons, or witness the circulatory system with 3D Organon. Test your knowledge with quizzes and learning aids. And try out the new Ultrasound module of 3D Organon, now available on Quest 2 for the first time.
