Services Provided:
- DocDel from library collection: 72 hour delivery, 3 business days Monday through Friday
- Borrowing from outside library collection: average 5 days for photocopies; average 10 days for other returnable items like books, etc.
Primary Academic Users:
There is no fee for services listed for primary academic users.
- Students Enrolled in CU Anschutz Schools/Colleges paying the Academic Support Fee of the Anschutz Medical Campus
- Paid University Faculty and Staff Employees in CU Anschutz Schools/Colleges
- CU Anschutz Residents paid by the University (on payroll with GME)
- Regular Faculty Paid by Affiliate hospitals (Denver Health, VA, Natl. Jewish, etc.) as declared by CU Anschutz Schools & verified by the Library.
- Unpaid CU Anschutz Faculty of all sorts: Adjunct/Adjoint, Clinical, Preceptor, Volunteer, etc. as declared by CU Anschutz Schools & verified by the Library.
- Retired CU Anschutz Faculty.
- CU Anschutz Fellows.
- CU Anschutz Visiting Scholars.
- CU Anschutz Visiting Students.
- CU Medicine employees (formerly UPI).
Secondary Affiliated Users:
There will be a $12.00 charge for services for secondary affiliated users.
- CU Anschutz Medical Campus Alumni who are residents of the State of Colorado.
- CU Anschutz Medical Campus Volunteer Staff.
- UC Health Paid staff.
- UC Health Volunteers.
- Residents paid by other health organizations/hospitals: Children's Hospital, Denver Health, VA, National Jewish, etc.
- Other CU Faculty, Staff, and Students - Auraria, Boulder, Colorado Springs (these users are encouraged to use their campus library ILL services at no cost).
Others/Public Fee for Service
There will be a $22.00 charge for services for other users.
If you are not affiliated in any fashion, you must be a resident of the State of Colorado to use our service. This Other category encompasses general public users and all others who do not qualify as Primary or Secondary listed above.
